Hello, My names Alaina. I suffer from depression, body issues, and abandoment. I'm at war with myself everyday and it's getting tiresome.

I hate everything about myself and its getting harder and harder to get out of bed and do daily functions...

I push everyone away and i've become this mean and hateful person...

I just want to get better.

Sorry, I just needed to rant.

Hi Alaina,

I also find writing stuff out helps enormously. Does your therapist give you homework to do?  You should be feeling like you are moving forward - talking to someone every two weeks helps, but maybe you need to be given something to practice between those sessions to try to help you slipping back down.

Maybe something to discuss at your next therapy session?

Good luck with it.

love jillie x
