I am going away tomorrow afternoon and booked a hotel, I am doing a social event with a group of strangers but I am meeting up with a friend I made at another event - and if anything, she's even more nervous than me. She hasn't answered my texts about travelling there - and that's raising my anxiety levels.

I am worrying myself over silly things: what if i get lost? what if it is horrible and i end up driving home? (done that before many times) stupid endless anxieties. I acted all cool about going and now its almost here - i want to stay at home.

I am making myself socialise to stop the loneliness and that little voice its saying its ok to be alone, its safe, its nice and I can watch what i like on TV. argh

I am still going - just letting some of this silly stuff out. I have a ton of paperwork to do before Monday and feel guilty about not doing that also.
