I just went in to check again, just to be sure things were working okay for me, and I was able to get in just fine. I'm not exactly sure why you are getting this message.
I'm doubting this is what is causing your problems, but have you cleared your temporary Internet files, and deleted your cookies? Also might want to clear out the temporary files from your java control panel. I've no clue if any of this will help you or not, but it's worth a try. If you have any questions on how to do those things I just suggested let me know and I'll see if I can help out.

Agreed, sounds like you're bringing up a cached version of the chat room. The hosting was paid days ago and it was renewed, so sounds like you're running on old files.

I just posted an intro recently. Does anyone know where I go from there?

I have several suggestions on where to go now. All at once or just one, it's up to you.
1. Read the Wiki's-Button is located in top right corner. This is where articles about depression are posted. Sunshine In My Face is the "Wiki-Queen" and she can tell you much more about it than I can.
2. Read the threads. Just look down the list for recent threads and read what others are saying. I like to use the "View New Posts" button at the top of the page.
3. Post more about yourself. As soon as you're ready, if you want to at all, tell more about yourself in the "General Depression" folder or whatever is appropriate for your circumstances.
4. Read the Blogs. I wouldn't JUST do that, but it can be helpful to get to know some of the others here a little better.
I hope everything I said is correct and appropriate and hope someone will correct me if not.
