OK,

Will start my food diary today!

Breakfast - 2 scrambled egg whites with tabasco, mushrooms, onions and dill weed

Lunch - Ceaser salad with low fat dressing and a slice of watermelon
(the ceaser salad dressing has LESS fat and calories than my regular low calorie French dressing does :shock: )

Supper will be - BBQ steak (small portion), fried (in olive oil) mushrooms and onions with a side of corn

Will check in again if I have a snack in the evening. :D

Am not above poking a little fun at myself. Have been trying to keep a bit of a sense of humor through this process to help keep me on track and focused. Who knew eating right was so hard????

So far today:

No breakfast :oops: yeah, I know

Lunch - 1/2 piece of whole wheat pita bread with chicken and a small amount of low fat mayo
Small salad with a drizzle of low calorie French dressing

I did bring an apple, clementine and a plum in the event I get the munchies this afternoon.

Supper is set to be 2 ears of corn on the cob with another small salad with another drizzle of low cal dressing.

Again, will check in if snacks are consumed!

Did eat my apple, plum and clementine yesterday, along with a small handful of peanuts and a small bowl of popcorn last night, shared with the GF.

Today:

No breakfast again

Lunch - 1 soft whole wheat tortilla with chicken and a small amount of low fat mayo
Small salad with a drizzle of low calorie French dressing
Still have a plum and a clementine to eat yet

Supper - set to be 6 chicken wingettes for me (drummettes for the GF)
Corn

Will check in again if a snack is consumed.

No snack last night :D

Today:

Lunch - Lunch - 1 soft whole wheat tortilla with chicken and a small amount of low fat mayo
Small salad with a drizzle of low calorie French dressing
Grapes

Supper - Set to be Omega 3 Rotini noodles in a fresh homemade tomato sauce that I prepared last night
