although I couldn't complete the modules I guess it was somewhat reassuring (in a strange way) to receive the following results on their tests - especially when I feel like a fraud:

Hospital Anxiety and Depression (HAD) Test - what is this? You last reviewed your mood on Tuesday, 21 July, 2009.

Anxiety - Between 11 and 15 (Significant symptoms)
Depression - 16 and over (Very significant symptoms)
You may rate your mood using this test as often as you like - click here

View the graph data to see how your mood changes over time. You should take the test regularly (once a month is suggested) if you wish to use these indicators.

Patient Health Questionnaire Test - what is this? You last reviewed your mood on Tuesday, 21 July, 2009.

Depression - 20 and over (Severe Symptoms)
You may rate your mood using this test as often as you like - click here

I have not come across this site before. There are other sites for both CBT on line and EBT on line located in the Wiki (upper right hand corner of the screen by search) in fact there are some other interesting posts in the Wiki you might want to check out. Thanks for sharing.
