I think alot of us mentally abuse ourselves.

We take things people say to much to heart.

Or we beat ourselves up over mistakes weve made.

We think less of ourselves then we do others.

We talk down to ourselves, pointing out are own flaws to ourselves.

None of this is healthy and only make us sink further. We need to find away to break that cycle. We need to reassure ourselves, praise ourselves, love ourselves, even love our flaws because they are what makes us unique.

I know this is easier said then done, but take it to heart and give it a shot. I will if you will.

So true,

I'm still beating on myself for things I did when I was 6.
