Saturday;

So far today;
1 vegitarian schnizel
3 tbsp mash
diet cola (and lots of it)
popcorn, maybe around ½ micropop bag plus
dip made out of cream fraiche + garlicdippouder
6 cheese doodles (yes, I counted them) +14
4 raspberry boats (it's a kind of candy http://img81.imagesh...lonbatarlu2.jpg )
1 punchloaf (another one of those candys)
1 cup of coffe, cappuchino, irish flavoured..

Sunday;
1 carrotbeef
garlicstuff to it
the popcorn that was left
almost all cheesedoodles left in the boul (dad probably ate like half of it)
½ baileys häagen-dazs
water
Veggieburger + fries & diet coke

Monday;
2 hardbread (the opium kind.. It's wallmoseeds on it, lol)
1 glass (approximally 1dl) orange juice
wholemeal penne rigate (like 2-2,5 dl unboiled)
tzaziki
vegitarian tomatoe/carrotstuff + cheese
2 glasses of low fat milk (0,5%) (approximally 1,5 dl/glass
2,5 slices of blackpudding
1 glass of low fat milk (0.5%) (approximatley 2 dl)
1 glass of Amazing Grape/pear bubbly mineralwater


Today, tuesday;
2 bouls of cereal w. sourmilk (approx. 2 dl sourmilk, 2 dl wholegraincornflakes, 2 tbsp artificial sweetened blueberry aka queen's jam)
1 sandwitch with cheese
1 glass juice
1 cup (1,5 dl) cappuchino, irish cream + 1 tspn sugar
1 glass (3 dl) Amazing Grape + pear mineral bubbly water (drinking atm)
3 falafelballs + sourmilk and lemonpepper

But I haven't ate dinner yet, that's bad...

Wednesday;
1 cup capucchino (1,5 dl)
2 glasses of juice (1 dl/glass)
about 0,5 potatoe chopped in slices as potatoesalad
2 glasses of milk (1,5 dl/glass)
2 glasses of o'boy (2 dl/glass)
2 sandwitches w. cheese
about 1 dl boiled spaghetti with 3,5 spoon quorn
30 g of dark (70% and dark mint) chocolate (15 g each)
1 kiwi (As in the fruit, not the bird, lol)


Today (thursday);
1 slice of bread with cheese
1 cup of warm o'boy (2 dl)
5dl milk + 1,3 scoop of o'boy
1 cheesetoast
1 cup of cappuchino (1,5 dl)
about 100 g of ice cream :f:
cornflakes, sourmilk and sprinkled sugar over it :f:
water, water, water
About 200 g of cayennebeans
1 slice of wholemeal toast

You know what helps me? I eat the icecream too, but try to fill up on LOTS of veggies... because they have alot of fiber and are really filling. Like brocolli, etc.

I even make myself these "fruit smoothes" and throw in around 3 ounces of baby spinach leaves with it, can't taste it and it's like I'm getting myself a full salad!

This day was crappy, I mean muffin and candy? What was I thinking :f:

1 glass (5 dl) Amazing Grape
2 cinnamon muffins (20 g each)
1 glass of milk

I have been sleeping all day and I felt too down to eat..

February 5th:

1 cup of coffee (1,5 dl)
1 roll sandwitch, cheese (40 g)
1 glass of milk (2 dl)
1 apple
50 g vegitarian grated pasta
1 sandwitch with Tartex (40 g)
2,5 glasses of milk (2 dl each)
3 creambun, swedish tradition, called Semla, today the day we eat them, I scraped off the cream, I don't like cream (Must've been over 60 g, yuck ) (2 last, no cream at all)
1 slice of toast with whitefish mix + the leftovers of the witefish mix
diet cola
blackcurrant tea (3 dl + 1 tspn of sugar)

bad day

February 6th:


1 glass (2 dl) orangejuice
1 banana
2 apples
50 g rice with 2 1x2 cm cubes quornpieces, sourmilk sauce, cottage cheese
2 half glasses of milk (collectivly 2 dl milk drunk)
20 g of cake (ugh... 20 g = 78 cals, yuck)
Rollsandwitch with Tartex
100 g of frozen raspberrys
Homebaked pan pizza
3 dl milk

February 7th:


1 slice of pan pizza from yesterday (because mother didn't have any bread this morning, she just heated the first best thing up for me )
50g lasange + ketchup and some creme fraiche stuff with pickles in it, it wasn't that good
2 glasses of milk (2 dl each)
2 apples
diet cola (to the line where the sticker begins)
Another after-danceclass pizza slice
Another slice of pizza for dinner + Nachos with homemade guacamole
More diet cola

Oh my god, my foodhabbits SUCKED :o


Today I ate:
Müsli with sourmilk
2 boiled eggs
1 glass of juice
1 pitcher of banana-blueberry smoothie

I'm yet to eat dinner and this pitcher is basically force-feeding, still full from the müsli and eggs :laugh:
