I think this has got to be the worst Winter Ive ever had. My doctor has increased my meds ....twice. I took a month off work and that is something I hardly ever do, finaly went back to work this week, not sure if I feel much better, I feel like I have no emotion at all :?? Hopefully Spring isnt too far away, then maybe I will start to feel human again.

Ugh, sorry to hear that this winter has been so tough for you. :co:

Here in Europe I think this has been a hard one. Colder and greyer than usual - plus of course all the depressing economic news.

I don't suffer from SAD as such, but atm I am trying to take pleasure in the small stuff. The spring bulbs in the garden are now poking through the soil, the great tits (ok, ok, no more giggling) are calling in the garden - that is a real early spring sound for me. I am trying to take it slow and absorb what is going on around me, and I do notice the days are definitely getting longer. Not long till spring!

love Jillie xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This seasonal shit is tough. It seems that there isn't much to do but wait it out. On the other hand you do know that it will end.

Paul, it's great news that you're back at work. You've got a reason to get up each morning (aside from Jillie's tits ... heehee) and important things to do every day. I hope springtime will be wonderful for you.

Before moving to Arizona I lived in the far north and the winters seemed endless. Now I would send tons of desert sunshine to everyone if I could!

Today it will be in the 80's here and not a cloud in the sky. I just may go sunbathe nude in the backyard

Of course if you live near the coast you may get boobys and the odd shag.

Hi Paul, I hope you're feeling better now...I sink from mid-November until February, when the gradually lengthening days give me hope. I think I need to move to the state where the lady backyard-sunbathes nude in March :D
